How much does ArmaRenta cost?

ArmaRenta is free for your first unit, no credit card. Paid plans are Starter at ₱299/mo (up to 5 units), Growth at ₱699/mo (up to 30 units, our most popular), and Pro at ₱1,499/mo (up to 75 units). For 75+ units, Enterprise is unlimited with custom pricing. Upgrade anytime as you grow.

Do you take a percentage of my rent?

No. ArmaRenta never touches your rent. Tenants pay you directly through GCash, Maya, bank, or cash, and we only record the payment and store the proof you upload. Hindi kami humahawak ng pera.

What happens when I add more units?

Just move up a plan. Free covers 1 unit, Starter up to 5, Growth up to 30, and Pro up to 75. Managing more than 75 units? Our Enterprise plan is unlimited with custom pricing, just contact us. There is no lock-in, so you only pay for the plan you need.
