Why we built ArmaRenta
ArmaRenta started with a frustration many of you know well. The people renting out a few units, a townhouse, or a boarding house had no software made for them. The big platforms were built for developers and corporate property managers, expensive, complicated, and in a workflow that did not fit the Pinoy way of renting, walang GCash, walang bedspace, walang shared Meralco.
So most landlords ended up back on Excel and a notebook, chasing rent in Messenger and losing track of who paid and what needs fixing. We thought that was unfair. The everyday landlord deserves better tools, not just the big players.
So we built the app we wished existed: one that speaks Taglish, lives on the phone in your pocket, understands GCash and per-bed billing and shared utilities, and respects how much a small landlord can actually pay. ArmaRenta is made in the Philippines, for Filipino landlords, and we build it hand in hand with the founding landlords who use it every day.

Eli founded ArmaRenta to give the everyday Filipino landlord the same tools the big property companies always had, simple, affordable, and built for how we really rent. He leads the product and works directly with the founding landlords who use ArmaRenta every day.
Where we are going
We are early, and proud of it. We would rather ship features properly than over-promise, that is why things like SMS reminders and a Taglish AI assistant are clearly marked as coming soon. As more landlords join, we will add plans for bigger portfolios and a done-for-you Managed option, always guided by the people who use ArmaRenta.
